Supersonic is not hassle free

I have ordered home fibre through MTN and after waiting for three weeks, I went onto the RAM website to see that my router was delivered to a different address and then sent back to Supersonic. The only response I received from Supersonic was that the courier could not get hold of me. I have no missed calls or messages from the courier company. Nobody has bothered contacting me from Supersonic. I have sent numerous mails to MTN and Supersonic and I still do not have a response on when my router will be delivered to my correct address. I am still waiting for some form of communication and feed-back. I have never experienced such bad service as what I am experiencing with Supersonic.
