Supersonic is not a real deal

Supersonic is so unprofessional, we app**** for a connection and its been a weeks now, Only thing they delivered is the router that was delivered on 16 May 2024 by RAM. On Monday I called call centre the agent told me installation will be done within 4 to 48 hours. it did not happen Tuesday afternoon called again the agent told me they escaleted the issue to supervisor Mr Tshepo Ramodumo. Today 23 May 2024 installation is still not done. Call centre agent again escalated the issue to Mr Tshepo Ramodumo who is the escalation manager till now has not called us. I wont advise anyone to use Supersonic services.
