Supersonic is nonsense

Absolutely useless customer service!!!!! Call centre is a waste of breath and airtime! They havent allocated a payment that I made in june already and now they disconnect my service, I spend money calling so that another person can tell me they will allocate my payment and apologize, then we wait for the 48hrs to passby an nothing happened!!!!!!! Im utterly and entirely over disgusted! Its the 28th of july and still no one has come back.

I have spoken to Ndumiso then Nomzamo. Both have failed me. I want out from this SP.
