Supersonic is horrible

I had an utterly dreadful experience with Supersonic. Despite canceling my order promptly, not only within the cancellation period but on the same day, they inexplicably delivered the WiFi to my house a few days later. I explicitly informed the delivery guy about the cancellation, and I didn't even accept the package. To add insult to injury, they continue billing me relentlessly, despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation. Their persistence reached new heights when they involved an attorney, sending a demand letter three years after I initially canceled. Avoid this company at all costs – their customer service and billing practices are a nightmare.
