Supersonic is *********
Supersonic is *****ing data. I only download between 1am and 4am. Lately they are taking my daytime, allocated data, and not my nighttime data. This is ridiculous

18 Jan 2024, 12:15I have tried, on numerous occasions, to log a complaint. They always say that they will escalate to the 2nd line, but nobody gets back to me. A problem i had, about a month ago, was also escalated to the 2nd line. Since then, no response, and the problem is still persisting.

I have tried, on numerous occasions, to log a complaint. They always say that they will escalate to the 2nd line, but nobody gets back to me. A problem i had, about a month ago, was also escalated to the 2nd line. Since then, no response, and the problem is still persisting.

20 Jan 2024, 08:24Nothing has been done. As of today, no-one has even attempted to contact, or resolve the problem. Daytime data still being deducted, even if i do something at 2am? My other problem, which was also escalated about 2 months ago, still persists. I have to reset the router about 10-15 times a day, due to the fact that the network just goes down. As i rely on doing my work from home, this has now turned into a big financial loss for me. Supersonic was #1 and is now #13, in internet suppliers? We all know why, because of the disgraceful way that they are treating their clients.

23 Jan 2024, 08:50Still nothing from them. The strange thing is that they have now removed some of my night data. With the carry over, from the previous month, there was a total of more then 100gb. This morning i had a look, after struggling for days to log into my account. Lo and behold, 49gb left and 10gb used! That gives me a total of about 60gb. What happened to the other 40gb. It just disaappeared. They are legally *****ing, so that you can top up at a huge price. I am also telling my friends about this, and they will be moving over to another supplier. I suggest the same to everybody else.
