Supersonic is failing to deliver my package that i purchased for a week now

I purchased a wifi router on the 30th of May 2024 till today 14 June 2024, my router is still not with me, you call for assistance they make you hold for the longest hour, you speak to the agent they tell you they will fix the delivery which they choose the worst delivery courier in south africa which is Ram, ram even today they still make excuses, they promised that they will call me even now waiting for a call no one even
