******* service. I am beyond frustrated. Since May I have emailed asking for a billing report and nothing. I have been trying to get an upgrade on my package since May, also nothing. What's worse is none of their customer care platforms are manned. The whatsapp line gets ignored, emails respond saying the email but is unattended and you should whatsapp. Then the call line also doesn't get answered so what's the point. If I could I would rate a 0. People should do themselves a favour and don't ever consider this company as your Internet provider. If it wasn't for the fact that non payment would result in my getting blacklisted I wouldn't be paying. What's worse is I can't change to another servixe provider till I cancell with them because the actual fibre line needs to be reassigned blwhich can only be done once the existing contract is cancelled.
