Supersonic is definitely the most terrible company I've ever had to deal with

Supersonic is a call centre and a social media team masquerading as an ISP. I have reported several important issues and still no assistance - just call centre staff promising to follow up and escalate issues for me. For that reason, I encourage everyone to report Supersonic to any and every regulatory body that they can find - I've just logged a mediation request with ISPA and a complaint with ICASA.
