Supersonic is complete trash!

I have had a router since the 13th of September, it got delivered and never worked for 10days then it worked all the way till the 6th, router is on but internet on led light isn't on, I call the call center and I get no assistance all I get is, we will call you back and that never happens, I can't cancel otherwise I'll have additional costs to pay, meaning I must sit with a router which is non-functional , by far the worst service I have ever received!
