Supersonic is ***.

I am still awaiting assistance and activation from Supersonic since the 24th of May 2024. I sent a Review and Received a Reply, yet I am still not activated. I am bouncing back between Supersonic and Octotel and getting absolutely nowhere and on top of it, I am being Billed Pro Rata by Supersonic and I don't even have Internet Activation as Yet. What kind of Nonsense is this. Why is it too much to ask that Supersonic ask Octotel to send a Technician to me. Supersonic says I am Activated, then tell Octotel the line is faulty, then Octotel says it is not, only to go back to Supersonic and have them repeatedly tell me, the Ethernet Cable is not Correct and that I am Active but I don't have Internet Access. I just think this is ridiculous. Even talking to a Consultant and they Just simply Ignore you and Refuse to assist.
