SUPERSONic is big time *******!!!! ****************!!!!!

i have had the worst experience with supersonic for internet . when i signed up i was paying in amounts as i used to topup frequently. they would then ignore my direct payment and still deduct my monthly payment , but this would sometimes be double of what i am supposed to pay. when i decided to cancel , they suspended my line 2 days before the actual date. they deducted my monthly instalment from 1/9 to 30/9 R799 plus extra R500 ... and yet they stop my internet and i paid fr it to the 30 September . this is ****************!!!!! they also owe me a R249 which is a credit on my account!!!!! why am i not being refunded?????
