Supersonic is big ****mers

do NOT take out wi-fi with this business ever!! I have cancelled my wi-fi contract on the 1st of Aug 2025. I phoned in and said I wanted to cancel my subscription, and I was told that they would send me an email with a ticket number for the cancellation. now in Sept, I got an account that I own them R1257, so I phoned in again. the rude man said that I did not cancel my subscription as long as I did not have a ticket number for it. So, I sent an email to cancel the subscription and attached the screenshot with my call log to Supersonic on the 1st of Aug 2025, 12H10, and still to this day, there is no ticket number. I also filed a complaint on their website about the cancellation, and to this day, I have received no response to any of my emails or complaints.
