Supersonic is ********* and Poor at business

I cancelled my Supersonic account in June 2021 because of their horrible after sales service and ********* business practices.

After cancelling my account they referred me to a debt collection agency, claiming I owed them R2200. I told them I do not owe them any money.

They claimed that I loaded data on my account. I told them that is not true, all the data I purchased via debit/credit card. They asked for proof of these payments and I sent them through to them.

Three years later this debt collection agency says I still owe Supersonic. VVM Attorneys, who are also extremely rude on the phone. I sent them the proof of payments and they disappeared for four months. They are now back again, asking for the same information.

Supersonic is an ********* business. Stay far away from them.
