SUPERSONIC IS An ********* AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

I had a very bad experience with Supersonic the Fiber provider.

I have made numerous calls to them, and they do not answer.

This ISP company had placed an order on my address and refuse to release the address and when I eventually did make contact with someone from the call center and advised them that I need a line release then said they don't have any order placed and put me on hold and dropped the call.

I do not suggest anyone going with this ISP as I feel if I was having so many issues and I haven't even signed up with them then how will you contact them should you need assistance with your product.
