Supersonic is a ****ty ISP provider
Honestly this is the worst ISP to use because since Tuesday both my partner and I have been calling to get assistance on our internet connection. I do not understand why an escalation to Vumatel must take over 7 days just so they can connect us. Worse, their call centre takes over an our to respond on WhatsApp. I even have screenshots that show their response time versus our initial request. It is not cool. Get your **** in order!
