Supersonic is a ****!!! Stay away from it. Poor customer service.

Stay away from this company, last year June 26 2021 I cancelled their service as I was not satisfied and could no longer pay for it. I sent them an email as per cancellations policy and they gave me a call to arrange for the collection of the router we decided on a date and they never did come to collect it. This year they started sending me debicheck mandates requesting to debit my account an amount which is R5496.00 and I rejected this as I do not owe them. I do not get why they have not come to fetch their router and now they keep on trying to debit my account. This is frustrating!!! This company is a ****.

My cancellation email to them was as follows:

Kindly assist in this regard, thank you.“

They are not transparent and unfair.
