Supersonic is a ****!!!!

I've been following up with Supersonics cancellation after I noticed an amount of R2499 to be debited from my account. I've phoned numerous times afterwards with absolutely no feedback or that this has been completed. This has gone on for a month and I was told for sure that the end debit amount would just be R250 but yet they still debited R2499!!!! Why is this company still allowed to run???
