Supersonic is a ****!!!
I have been reading other client’s reviews and all I can say is I do not think my issues will be resolved as well.
Anyway I contacted your call center to info you that I’ll be relocating to a fibre ready Unit. Spoke to about 4 agents and the service was absolutely ridiculous. No one knows what’s going on. Seemingly every query is rocket science to Supersonic! But so quick to send statements lol. I have no energy anymore. I have no idea how I’ll get my internet at my new place running again.

02 Aug 2020, 19:37I was asked to get an object number from the ONT Box that’s already in my new place. I did that and was told it will take 48hrs and it’s not a major issues because my flat is fibre ready. I don’t think it is difficult for a service change to be done. I am humbly requesting assistance.
