Supersonic is a NO GO!

I have had wifi with Supersonic for a year. No problems. Then I relocated and asked them to cancel at my previous address and placed an order for my new address. They said as the servers will change it will not count as relocation so there will be a clawback fee. I didn't have any problems with that, I said I will pay the clawback and that months payment upon my new installation. It has been six weeks and nobody has turned up. Every day I phone them. Every day they say it is still in progress. They say that they have not heard anything back from the new server so they will let me know when they get a response. After 4 weeks the customer service department checked on their system and the person that I spoke to first NEVER ACTUALLY OPENED UP A CASE FOR MY NEW APARTMENT. So the whole process had to start over. I stayed patient and said I will wait another 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks. They can't even pick up my order on their system. I didn't even get a reference number to work with. WHAT IS THIS?? I am paying my outstanding amount today and cancelling my new order(which probably doesn't even exist). I would not recommend anybody work with this company. I don't know what changed over the last year, but something bad happened I presume.
