Supersonic is a joke!
After 5 whole months of no Fibre installation from this pathetic company, I have finally canceled with them and gone with another ISP and I am extremely happy to say I am connected and have had NO issues at all. Now if only supersonic can actually get something right and refund me. 2 weeks and waiting and still no refund. 1 person tells me my case hasn't been resolved yet and refunds are done on a Friday. Today someone told me my case is STILL open and refunds are done on a Tuesday and Thursday. So who is lying to who. Please have someone call me and tell my my refund has been processed. My ID no is ***
