Supersonic is a Disgrace

This is wifi company for customer service they have a WhatsApp app and a customer line that you can call both this app are not helping their customers 🤬.The WhatsApp line will take over a day for them to reply coming back saying they have issues with their service then the customer telephoto number they will make you hold on the phone for more than 30mins.Its been over a week I've been trying to contact them.
