Supersonic is a **** company

Poor service, Poor quality. Unable to get through on the phone line and the webchat service is putrid. The advisors do not work timeously, they are not efficient and they don't have customer service skills. They spin you a load of bull**** and can never locate an account. Our FIBRE cables broke 6 days ago, the technicians came out the day after we logged the query only to say it's the weekend and we have to wait until the Monday when the office is open to get new cables. They returned the Monday with new cables, the WIFI worked after they left and less than 12 hours later it broke again. To top it all, we will not get reimbursed for service days lost due to this ****.
