Supersonic is a **** company!!

I came online to check if SUPERSONIC IS ACTUALLY A **** COMPANY BECAUSE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T DELIVER!!! We are managing a rental and had to arrange a router and internet service for the tenants...The landlord has arranged with MTN & Supersonic... It's been paid for and arranged but so far NO delivery of the router has been made to the residence. No one has called either and the call center for customer service doesn't even answer calls after being on hold forever! Its been 3 weeks now and we are still waiting for internet and the router! a louzy email was sent from Supersonic about installing fibre at the residence but there is already fibre! We need our ROUTER!! Supersonic must be a ****!
