WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD.

Firstly, You can NEVER get hold of them. Like ever. Whatsapp is always down, they just don't answer the phone on any numbers provided. Secondly, they took money out my account for an old account that they failed to cancel in November already and when I called (a million times before getting hold of someone) 3 months later they told me they would refund me and cancel it AGAIN. So, 6 months later, they still haven't cancelled it and now took R2777.00 out my account.

When i finally contacted MTN, they got someone to call me and tell me they cant help me so when i lost it and asked to talk to a manager, she said they will have to request that they give me a call. A week later, im still waiting for the manager. It is absolutely unreal and i have no words.

DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS! You will be so sorry.
