SUPERSONIC IS A ****

This company is a *****. Please do not take up any services with them!!!

I have sent numerous complaints in the past with no feedback which resulted in me cancelling my services and making sure my account was up to date. Now I find out I have an outstanding amount and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone at Supersonic to query this. Even when I did they informed me they will get back to me. I doubt they will ever get back to me as I'm waiting for over two years for them to provide recordings.

I'm sure this is their tactic - no feedback and then they will send this to their debt collection team. Please can someone from Supersonic who actually knows what they are doing give me a call!!!
