Supersonic is ****

Supersonic is the worst people one can do business with! They are so *********** and when you try to reach out to them, calls are never picked up. Tried sending a WhatsApp however, I haven’t received help from their side.

To my surprise I am handed over for my month to month subscription, because the product I had taken with them was never contract. My consultant then made me aware that if I don’t pay I won’t have data and should I pay then I’ll have data. My question is why am I handed over for not paying when it’s not a contract?? How did my balance even get to R4288???

This is putting a negative image on my credit please do something about it! I can’t have this handed over to VVM when it was even contract.
