Supersonic Internet service provider cannot provide service

Signed up for a fibre line from Supersonic last year around the 8th . Up to today the 8th of Jan 2024 no one has contacted me to tell me when my line will be installed or the progress of my order. It is impossible to get anyone to answer a direct call and their whatsap help line is run by people who cant give a straight answer or know whats really going on. This is absolutely pathetic from an ISP company.

The line hasnt even started and this is the kind of service they offer, I believe I need to cancel my order and save myself the grief that will come from them in future. Worst ISP I have ever come across. Please consider any other ISP besides these *********** jokers .
