SUPERSONIC - Internet Provider - ABSOLUTE WORST
ABSOLUTE Worst Internet Providers EVER. Always a HUGE issue with SERVER Connections From South Africa to Europe

My normal local internet speeds run over 100mbps which is fine.
But the issue is connection to international servers.
The issue is the Latency to European Servers. Over 785ms. Latency is way to high for online gaming, which is mainly what the internet is used for.
I Have been in contact on the whatsapp line. But the person helping, does not seem to understand my issue. If the technicians on the help line don't understand the issue ? How are they going to fix it ? They don't even understand the term Latency or Ping speeds ?
Your urgent help to solve the issue would be appreciated.
At the movement it seems that the international connects speeds are being Throttled on your end, specifically at night time between 7pm and 11pm.
