Supersonic internet is USELESS

In June i looked up their internet service and after their website checked my address they advised i could get 5G unlimited internet service. I immediately app**** and was set up a week later with great internet speed. Three weeks later i received a second modem i did not request and found that i was now being charges for a second service. A week after that the internet speed dropped so dramatically i i could not send a plain email with no attachments. Every “ticket” registered with the problem went completely without response. Their WhatsApp assistance was no help and countless calls made bo difference. That is until today i was told to set my router to 4G. Even when i did that the speed remained as bad as it has been for many weeks. I was left with no choice but to cancel my service, which they would only do wef the end of the following month. Useless service ….
