Spoke to Tiara in sales, lovely lady, very friendly and helpful, but i discovered afterwards, they all are! LOL! Tiny hiccups upon registration, nothing crazy just caused a day delay in shipping. However, once I got the router, Rica was just done... like not even an hour. The speed of the fixed lte is around 3 times the speed of normal MTN lte which is faster (in my area at least) than vodacom and telkom. I am happy with the deal, very happy with the speeds, it was plug and play.
