Supersonic Incompetency
So I have been trying to get a payment link from Supersonic in order to get my internet back on for the past 1 and half days. I have spoken to 12 superstars(definitely not) during this time. 1. they drop the call when they fed up of you 2. Due to the fact that they cannot assist me (with being a superstar) they rather tell me I have to call back tomorrow(clearly working from home is not one of the solutions for these agents) 3. while typing this message I have been on hold for 22:51 minutes and still waiting for my voucher link (that no one can assist me with as they are too busy) I have now spoken to Asanda that will send me the link in 15-30minutes time via email(which is the 2nd SUPERSTAR for the morning). AND ME....STILL WAITING! Can anyone please suggest an alternative service provider?
