Supersonic Incompetency
Fiber connection down from 22 Sep 2021 with a fiber fault Ref SR*** and SR***, the case is assigned to Jonathan Ngorima the apparent FTTX Manager that does not exist working at vodacom, He does not give any feedback or call to notify what is going on.
Supersonic has the same problem with all their managers, Every single day i am told they will call me and they never do. They open case after case and never resolve the issue, Cas ***8H and 826041-x6m2s1
Am I paying for a service of empty promises.

01 Oct 2021, 09:07Apparently this case has been resolved 826041-x6m2s1. Well not on my end. I'm still without internet. Supersonic is fabricating stories for them self's that they do their work and resolve issues to look good for their investors, What a disgrace!
