Supersonic in shambles

I changed my debit order date from the 25th to the 1st, supersonic debits me on both the 25th and the 1st and refuses to refund the extra debit order collected, it clearly shows on my statement but the quality of staff employed to help causes more frustration, I just want my money back or don't debit me next month, why is this so difficult to understand
