Supersonic in Name Tortoise in Customer Care

I am aclient. I have paid my account without exception everymonth. I rceived an email informing me f a price increase, A 25% PRICE INCREASE. I can get cheaper elswhere but I cannot reply to the email they sent as it is a "noreply" ADDRESS I phone the number reflected on the email and I press 1 for sales and 2 as I am an existing customer and I enter my ID number. It doesn't rcognise my ID and dis****ects Supersonic as far as Custoer cre is oncerned hs been a disaster from day ! and all I want to dois get ri of them That seems to bean impossibility
