Supersonic - I am done!

After initially posting here complaining about non delivery of service, I got contacted within the same day. Problem was resolved temporarily (for about 24 hrs), before service was rendered useless again.

Been sitting for over a month now with a stupid paperweight on my desk, apparently resembling a router.

Absolutely no joy here, I am cancelling service and stopping my debit order plan
