Supersonic - How dare you taking from the Elderly

On 25 Jul'21, we logged a call regarding excessive, ridiculous data usage over a period of a few days. I attached a screen shot of this, and emailed same. I am tired of using my airtime to speak to someone competent to explain and give feedback. Today is 2 September, i have had no feedback. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
