Supersonic horrible service and no knowledge

The service is very bad and always shifting blame. We just paid a full amount for the wifi but it's still not up then they tell us it's not their fault we should take it up to vuma and ****** vuma says the same thing. Our money is gone and we don't have wifi, how nice. Our lives are just stuck
