Supersonic horrible customer service

I had the worst experience with supersonic i would not recommend anyone use them their support system is very slow i tried to log a ticket on their customer portal, send them whatsapp message, twitter DM, and Instagram to complain that my fixed lte has not been working for weeks with no success and when i sent mail to cancel with them then they respond that i need to give 30 days but when i have issues they not there to help
