Supersonic horrible call center services

Extremely *********** call center agents, they don't know what they are doing. I suggest Supersonic take their business seriously and start to properly train their Staff, their service is horrible. After calling them every day for two weeks I did not not get help. I app**** to move the line into my new home, I'm still waiting for activation after two weeks and it doesn't look like I'll get assistance anytime soon
