Supersonic **********ly bad service.

Further to my previous bad report on Supersonic....I received a phone call from Joshua of Supersonic (thanks to Hello Peter) to whom I resubmitted my proof of payment. This was acknowledged by Joshua via email...and I was told these funds would be put into my account. Thereafter NOTHING! No communication from Supersonic what so ever. Yesterday after nearly two weeks....I phoned and asked Supersonic accounts to refund me my money...which I was assured would be done. Let's see if that transpires! Terrible and thumbs down company to deal with.
