SuperSonic Holding me Hostage not releasing the line.
I have given Supersonic 30 day notice to cancel my connection to them. Also, 30 days in advance to release the line. The cancellation department is refusing to help. They keep telling me to wait for feedback!!!! Trying to get hold of a manager is impossible. Keep on telling me the manager is not availbilabe. CAS-515775-J0R4W2.

01 Apr 2021, 12:15Phillip Gumede was the only one willing to assist me Well Done Phillip. Your website has false advertising saying month to month. I canceled the line suddenly I getting back payment that the salesperson never told me about. So you force me to pay R1300+. Can't believe SuperSonic does business like this.
