Supersonic holding customers hostage!!

These guys are losing the plot. They used to be so good but now join the list of arrogant *********** networks. You pay in advance but still no router and its always excuses. I have to buy prepaid data while waiting for weeks for lte ive already paid for! Its a hostage, you pay first then they dont deliver, you cancel then you have to wait more than 21 days for a refund. So they are in control.

Ive reported them to ISPA. Very disappointing.
