Supersonic hidden charges

I have been purchasing fibre WiFi from Supersonic since January this year I was never given a contract to sign and was told it was on a monthly basis and I would just need to given one months written notice which I duly did on 22 November to suspend the service I receive an email confirmation and when I clicked on link for terms and conditions I got Oh No we cant find the page you are looking for So I was unaware of the surcharge of R1289.91 I was to incur. Then I was charged R2118.91 this month instead of my subscription of R829. On phoning Supersonic numerous times I was promised that they would get back to me but that this was a surcharge because it was a 24 month contract. I would never have agreed to a 24 month contract as the WiFi was for my daughter to use for her final year of study at University of Pretoria which she completes on 14 December 2021.
