Supersonic help your customers!

ive been with supersonic since 2020, ive never had problems with them but since last year my internet keeps on buffering and i need to reset my router and switch it of and on again just so that it buffers again.. it is so bad now that i cant even send a whats app! im really dissapointed its never been this bad I really think this can be improved.
