Supersonic has NO sense of customer service whatsoever

I am disgusted in the poor and pethetic customer service I recieved from Supersonic. My enquiry was very easy but yet was sent from pillar to post by the *********** customer representatives Supersonic has. My debit date is the 1st of each month but this month it has not debited yet but I understand, the 1st falls on a Sunday so I then waited for it to go off Tues because Mon was also a public holiday. I then call today to ask why they have not debited and that they should debit, only to be put on hold for a GOOD 10 minutes and then for the call to be dropped. I can only imagine how of a nightmare it will be if I were to have a REAL enquiry with them.
