Supersonic has no Customer Care

Been with them for a month. No customer care whatsoever. Folks. Rather use another service provider. Called the Customer care number to request to get the balance owing. this was done on 14th April 2021. Was told the accounts department would call me back however this did not happen. Very Disappointed.
