Supersonic Has horrible customer service with no communication channel.

Supersonic (Internet Fiber Services) debited my account double and they are not responding to the chats, they calling line has no response. they have no open communication channel. I have been trying to get hold of them for a week. Horrible customer service. I used to like them I do not anymore.
