Supersonic going backfowards
If you need a fibre provider please don't go to supersonic, I have a fault on my fibre that I reported a week ago and I still did not hear a single word. The worst part is , Vumatel dropped their price a week ago, most ISP has made price adjustments but not supersonic, but any way I think its really time for a change, they were good but now , they are not good at all.

Just tell me if i pay up my line today , How long would you take to release my line to another ISP?????

In order to process your cancellation, we require a written request to be sent to *** which serves as your 1 month calendar notice period. As per our T&C's , should we have installed the fibre there would be a claw-back on the installation activation and router. Should you return the router in good working condition we will waiver the charge.
