Supersonic Frustrations!

In Jan 2025, I place an order for a Supersonic device and data package. I then received a message that the delivery would be in 5 working days. Three months down the line, I'm still waiting for my order or refund after numerous online tickets on their platform, phone calls and emails; they promised delivery once again in 5 working days. To date, that has not happened, and I still don't have a refund.
