Supersonic - ********** and *****!

I placed an order with Supersonic at the end of April. They requested an upfront payment which I paid and Supersonic confirmed the payment and responded that delivery of the router and sim will be within 3-5 working days. I still have not received anything from Supersonic and when I request an update on their whatsapp channel,all I get is silence. I tried phoning the customer care number but as expected no answer........please for the love of all things beautiful,don't consider Supersonic as an ISP ever!!!
